The boys were off for a teacher workday on Friday.
So, Nate took off and we headed to Ludwigsburg for their annual Pumpkin festival.
This years theme was the Winter Olympics.
The exhibits were fantastic.
We quickly found the pumpkin soup and pumpkin flammkuchen!
The smell of spiced pumpkin seeds were overwhelming.
Pappy bought salted seeds, cinnamon seeds, and chili seeds.
After some food, we found the fairy tale village in the gardens and walked around a bit.
After a few hours of pumpkin food and walking the grounds of the palace,
we were beat and ready to head home. Ethan even took a nap on the way home.
