Jedi Training

Jedi Training Academy!!! We rushed through the gates of Hollywood Studios to sign up for the academy. Link's b/day is next week. You have to be four to be in the academy, so I told him minutes before his turn in line that he was four. He turns and says, "It's my b/day? Do I get cake today?" YES!!! Just say your are four!!!
Ethan was so nervous that he might not beat Darth Vader. I kept assuring him that he could!!!
Their trainer was so funny and he put Link right next to him.
The couple next to us turned and said, "Ahhh..look at that little guy." We sheepishly said....he's ours!!! Poor Link could barely get his light saber out quick enough.
Ethan was so happy! He did fantastic.

So, I took picture after picture after picture until the boys fought Darth. I switched the camera to video to get it all on video, but somehow I didn't get it! I don't know what happened. Here is a camera picture Nate took. Link couldn't get his light saber out so the master lent him his. It was so stinking cute!!!!!

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom was first on our list today!
We got an early start to the African Safari. We knew it was going to be hot today and we wanted the animals at their best. I let Ethan take pictures during the Safari. He enjoyed it so much more and did a great job with his pictures.
He scooted over to see the giraffes and I got a quick shot of him!
It did get hot today! We came back to the hotel to rest....but only the adults rested. The boys stayed up and watched a movie. On our ride back to Epcot, the little bug fell asleep!
He perked up after a great meal in Morocco. We spent tonight under the sea! Tomorrow, we are off to Hollywood Studios to see Buzz and Woody!

Peter Pan

You know a must stop was seeing Peter Pan! Lincoln stopped to ask him if he had seen Captain Hook or Mr. Smee!!!

Favorite!

Our very first ride was the Buzz Lightyear ride. We all loved it so much. The line was about 30 minutes long. The ride was about 5 minutes. The second we got off both boys asked to ride it again!!! It took some convincing, but we talked them into waiting until the next day!
Of course, we kept our word. I have to say....this may be my favorite ride so far, too!!!
Buzz is usually hanging around after the ride, but the line to see him is extremely long!

Characters!

We headed to Epcot for dinner. There was a character stop spot that had FIVE characters!!! It took us a good hour to wait and see them all, but it was totally worth it. These were the biggest smiles I had seen all day!



Link said that Minnie was "beautiful" and he was so giddy by the time we got to Goofy! They are so happy to be here!

We MADE it!!

It took a while, but we made it!!! We landed in Orlando about 11:00 am. We got to the resort at 12:00. Once we got to our hotel, we found out that they had upgraded us from an economy room to one bedroom villa. So, we didn't get to our room until 2:00. We rested a little bit and then ran to the Magic Kingdom!! We did a couple rides, went to dinner, and headed back. These little guys were exhausted from our long day, but they love it so far!

I forgot

As Ethan was playing the Wii for a few minutes, he came to a spot with written instructions. He called me and said, "Mom, what does this say? Oh, nevermind. I forgot I can read."
